The first rack that I received had bent legs so I had to return it. It was annoying that the shelves didn’t come with predrilled holes and that wasn’t mentioned in the description. So it not the easiest to put together if you don’t own a drill. Once I put it together, I like it a lot and I really hope it lasts a long time because it’s kind of expensive.Beautiful rack, looks exactly as pictured. Like other reviewers mentioned, it doesn’t have predrilled holes, but it’s not hard to create your own. Very study and holds a lot of clothes. I used this for a pop up. I was tired of wasting money buying cheap ones that would break. This would last for a while and I can use it in the store as well.I absolutely love this. It’s beautiful, definitely worth the price. Came with little to no damage. Was packaged well. Only downside is the assembly process. Instructions it came with were crap, like other reviews stated. Also, the shelves do not have any predrilled hole. Which was annoying and ended up with having uneven shelves because, I’m not savvy at building stuff.I think for the price, they easily could’ve put pre drilled holes in or at least some sort of marker for where to put the holes.Aside from that, I love it. The mess up that the lack of predrilled holes caused ended up not being a big deal, just annoying. Especially, if it would end up causing issues with the placement of it (or had it been messed up worse).It works perfect for what I needed it for!Purchased this to make up for lack of closet space in my new house. Love the look of it and can't wait to add items to the shelves to :pretty it up". Assembly was a tad annoying since the directions are not super clear. I ended up having to remove the top bar and turn it around after adding the sides on. My biggest complaint would be that there are no pre-marked hole for the shelves to be screwed in. I had to use a measuring tape & level to make sure the shelves would line up evenly. If you are even the smallest bit handy, you should be able to figure it out. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase!We are renting out our condo on weekends over the winter months and did not want to allow renters use of our closet. This is absolutely perfect. It has enough room for their hanging clothes for the weekend as well as shoes, folded clothes and toiletries. The white matches the trim in our room so it fits right in. There are locks on the wheels so I don't have to worry about it being pushed into the wall. I can easily move it around if I don't like the position. And it's attractive so I don't mind having it in our bedroom when we are at home. Great find!I did not expect to drill holes or screw in any of the poles to the platform myself. I thought it would be pre-holed so that I wouldn't have to worry about it and simply tighten the parts together.I bought this shelving unit to hold my orchids and hanging plants. Assembling took a little gestimating but it came together pretty easily. It looks great for that purpose and would hold clothing well too since it is pretty sturdy. I love the look but the composit wood could be a bit better quality. Overall, a good buy.Easy to put together and looks so good. Perfect size
