Its a cute rockabilly top. It does fit maybe a little small. (I think its exact in the bustline, but tighter around the waist.) The neckline is a little low, so you will definitely show some cleavage. My 4XL is about "20.5 pit to pit, and "27 from nape of neck to bottom. However, its designed to stretch and fit you snug.
